Bulgur with tuna and vegetables

Preparation steps
- Slice the tuna and put in a marinade of soy sauce, JackDaniels sauce, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper ... let it marinate for at least half an hour ... Meanwhile, heat the pan very much and fry the bulgur until it takes on the smell of nuts ( hazelnut) .. remove from the heat, pour boiling water, cover and leave covered until it absorbs all the liquid ... when the bulgur is "drunk", gently rinse it with cold water ... Fry the tuna in olive oil but be careful not to dry it because otherwise you will eat shake;), cool it a bit to cool well .... this is a salad and it's not ... nice and healthy
