Bulgur with tofu and bean sauce
This wonderful and mmm-ljac dish is not only for vegans and vegetarians, but also for everyone who wants a light, healthy and nutritious and extremely tasty meal.
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the basil and fry in olive oil
- Cook the bulgur with twice the amount of water until the water has evaporated completely; salt
- Add diced tofu to the onion, fry briefly; add beans and tomatoes, salt, pepper, add parsley and basil and cook in a half-covered pan for 5 min; add the sprouts and cook for another 5 min with stirring
- Serve bulgur on plates and pour over sauce

This sauce goes well with pasta, rice, cous cous, and various other vegetables can be added instead of beans.
