Bulgur with spices and lemon juice

My first experience with bulgur :)

Preparation steps

  • Soak the bulgur in warm water and leave it for 15 minutes to swell and absorb the water.
  • Put grated ginger and other spices in a little oil, and mix them briefly, add grated carrots and one clove of garlic, pressed through a masher (as a substitute, you can also use powdered onions)
  • Then add the bulgur, stir everything again, slowly adding the stock.
  • Cook everything together on low heat for about 10 minutes. Towards the end, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and parsley and dill.

Serving

This dish can be served as a side dish, and with a little salad it can also be a main dish :)
