Preparation steps
- Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil, adding, after that, all the other vegetables, cooking them over a low heat.
- Add bulgur and water. When the water boils, reduce the temperature, add the spices and cook until all the water has boiled.
Serving
It is served as a light dinner with natural yogurt or buttermilk. Good apetite!
