Preparation steps

  • Saute coarsely chopped onion in a little oil, add diced paprika, then spices, a little water. Add tomatoes and pumpkin cubes, cook for about 10 minutes, then add bulgur and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Add water if necessary.
  • Diced turkey can be roasted separately.

Serving

Serve with a green salad with a little red chicory!
