Bulgur salad with red beans

Mmmm ... another great combination.

Preparation steps

  • Put the bulgur in one plastic container for which you have a lid so that it can close well. Boil the water, then add the bulgur together with 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well, cover the bowl and leave it to stand until you have prepared all the vegetables.
  • In a large bowl, put boiled, red beans well drained of liquid, now add all the other ingredients cut as desired, onion rings, peppers into cubes, tomatoes in halves, parsley as small as possible. Now add the bulgur to the vegetables and season to taste with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice.
  • Add 3-4 pickles if desired.
