Bulgur salad
The idea for a healthy side dish with barbecue as a standalone dish for those who do not like meat or are on a diet;)
Preparation steps
- Put the bulgur in a pot and pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and sprinkle everything with a little salt. Stir and let stand for 20 minutes until the bulgur absorbs all the water.
- Chop onion, zucchini, pepper, tomato and pickle.
- Mix bulgur, chopped vegetables and corn, add ajvar, ketchup / tomato puree, and salt / pepper as desired as well as spices (basil, oregano, parsley ...)
- Pour all together with pumpkin oil and soy sauce in the amount you want and mix well.
Serving
As the bulgur has not cooled completely, the dish can be eaten warm or left for an hour or two in the hairdresser.
