Bulgur salad

Very simple, fast and delicious.

Preparation steps

  • Boil bulgur in salted water for approx. 20 minutes. When it cools add chopped almonds (I used toasted walnuts in the absence of almonds), arugula, oil and vinegar. You can customize the ingredients to your own taste.

Serving

Who does not like pumpkin oil can put someone else. It goes great with the roast or veggie variant of seitan.
