Serving

Pour boiling water over the bulgur, use enough water to cover the whole amount of bulgur. Leave it to stand for 20 minutes. I know that some people choose to prepare bulgur by cooking, but I prefer this method described above. In this way, the bulgur preserves its shape, strength and no shapeless sticky mass is obtained.
