Bulgur in the Lebanese way
One very dear way for me to prepare bulgur ..
Preparation steps
- In the cooked and cooled bulgur add finely chopped parsley, mint, onion, diced tomato, mix everything, pour lemon juice and olive oil, salt, pepper! Leave to stand for 1/2 hour in the fridge!
Serving
If necessary, add olive oil, because bulgur should be great! :)
