Bulgur, green beans, pumpkin

While visiting Sarajevo, I finally went to the spice shop in Baščaršija. I found bulgur and the carousel started :)

Preparation steps

  • 1. The pumpkin, which is a little overgrown, is cut into pieces and frozen in several bags.
  • 2. Burial was standard, only without breadcrumbs. Eggs and a couple of types of flour. Sunflower and olive oil, mixture. I think it would be just as juicy in the oven on baking paper, but I wanted to be fried.
  • 3. The bulgur was cooked in the way described on the packaging, and I added the green (pencil) green beans 5 minutes before the end.
  • 4. Finally, when the bulgur and green beans were cooked, I added unsalted naturally fermented soy sauce and a teaspoon of hot pepper. Garlic and parsley would also go well, but when you don't have one at the moment, this is enough. It goes very well with cold olive oil.
