Preparation steps

  • Wash the bulgur and put it in a deeper bowl. Boil for 10m and drain the water.
  • In a separate bowl put olive oil, onion and tomato. Saute and add finely chopped onion and boiled bulgur. Add one small cup of warm water. Add salt, vegeta, pepper and parsley.
  • Remove and serve warm.

Serving
