Preparation steps
- Wash the vegetables, Cut the onion into thin circles. Cut the peppers into thin strips. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Put the onion to simmer in 2 dcl of oil and add the tomato. When it is a little deep, add the paprika.
- When the peppers soften, add 1 kg of cooked beans, 2 dcl of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt and simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Put hot in hot jars.
