Bulgarian pork kavarma kebab

Almo Chatlak recommends this kebab as one of the most famous Bulgarian dishes. Simple but very tasty!

Preparation steps

  • Put pork on the heated oil, add salt and fry while stirring. After 6-7 minutes add the leeks and fry together, for as long as possible.
  • Add tomato puree, allspice, add wine while stirring, then water and cook for 10 minutes at medium temperature.

Serving

Serve sprinkled with onions, hot peppers and chopped parsley with mashed potatoes and lettuce.
