Bulgarian lamb with cream and potatoes

I have been preparing this beautiful dish for a long time, I don't even remember which newspapers I copied from.

Preparation steps

  • Peel a potato, wash it and cut it into four parts. Fry in a lot of fat (oil), I fried it in a deep fryer. Take it out with a slotted spoon and put it in a medium pan (small chewing gum). 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Mix, return to the oven, then turn off and bake in your own soft oven for about 20 minutes.

Serving

A great addition to all meats, we ate today with a Viennese steak. Pleasant!
