Bulgarian bread

Very tasty and soft bread, easy to prepare. In terms of ingredients, it is similar to projari, but without polenta. I have had the recipe in my notebook for over 20 years, so it was my turn here.

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs, add salt, crumbled cheese, sour cream, oil, flour (10 tablespoons) and baking powder, and mix everything well. Coat a 20x30 cm baking tray with oil and sprinkle with flour (or line with baking paper), then hand out the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for about 30 minutes.

Serving

Serve warm.
