Bukovac with vegetables
Nice, tasty, healthy dish - goes great with macaroni or rice :)
Preparation steps
- Clean the oyster mushroom and cut it into smaller pieces. Finely chop the onion and cut the leek into thin semicircles. Put everything in a sieve, pour a little oil and water and simmer until everything softens.
- Cut the peppers into cubes, the carrot into rings, peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Put the carrot in another bowl and simmer for about 10 minutes - then add the paprika, tomato, tomato juice - cook until everything softens. Put the roasted oyster mushroom, add salt, pepper and chopped green leaves, simmer together for about 3 minutes.
