Buhtle with nutella

Sasha's recipe from Facebook, but I refined and changed it a bit, but his recipe .... it's done very quickly, soft and tasty ...

Preparation steps

  • Put flour, salt, sugar, grated lemon zest in a bowl. Mix this and make a hole in the middle in which to put the yeast, over the yeast lukewarm milk, melted butter. Make well with a mixer and finally add the egg. Make a ball with your hands, cover the dish with a cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place
  • Divide the dough into pieces as much as you think you need or as you want large buns. I was first half, then again those halves in half, and so on until I got 12 pieces on occasion. I rolled out each piece before and put a teaspoon of nutella in the middle. Merged into a ball, stacked next to each other making sure they had little room to spread when they started to rise.
  • Set aside to rise again, coat them on top with egg and place in a preheated oven. Bake for about half an hour at 180C
  • When they are baked, take them out and run them over with a wet hand and cover them with a damp cloth to make a soft crust. If someone likes the crust to be harder, they won’t be able to bake a cake.
