Buhtle with nutella ...))
The recipe is old from my mother's diary, they have been made this way in my family for years, and beyond ... they are classically filled with jam or plum or cherry jam, and this time I filled them with nutella, and they really have a new taste, and smell..try it too,
Preparation steps
- Sift the flour into a bowl and leave it in a warm place. Stir the yeast into the pot with a little milk, and a spoonful of sugar, and a little flour, mix well and leave to rise. Then add the beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt, melted milk. butter or oil and mix well. The prepared yeast is put in flour and knead the dough with milk and additives. When the dough separates from the bowl and hands and bubbles appear, cover with a clean cloth and leave in a warm place to rise. When the dough has doubled in size , put a floured work surface, roll it out to be a finger thick, and cut it into larger squares with sides of 10cm.
- Put a spoonful of nutella in the middle of each square. Bend the dough over the filling and press them well. Coat the baking tin or baking tin well. Fold the cookies with the assembled part down.
- Cover them and leave them to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 200C (with a 180C fan), then bake them for 35 minutes. Melt the remaining butter, take the cookies out of the oven and coat them, and leave them in the hot oven off .
Serving
Serve them hot or cold, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. They come in handy in these cold autumn days with your favorite hot drink, and for children with hot chocolate or hot cocoa!
