Preparation steps

- Melt the butter in the milk and mix the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, which you separate from the total amount of sugar, into the mixture that should be warm (not hot, not cold). Mix the flour, sugar, salt, egg yolks and yeast. Mix well, for about 5 minutes, until you get a smooth dough that doesn't stick too much, and yet is slightly sticky. If necessary, add more flour.
- Knead a little more by hand and leave in an oiled bowl to double. When the dough has doubled, squeeze it out and divide it into 12 equal parts on a floured surface. Form into balls and place on a buttered or margarine coated mold (shown in the video)
- Cover with a cloth and let it double again, then bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When they are done, coat them well with melted butter
