Buckwheat porridge with chicken livers
Great side dish with all meat dishes.
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the onion and put the dinsatati together with the diced carrots, in a little oil until they soften. While it is simmering, cut the chicken liver into smaller pieces or grate it with a knife.
- When the onion is stewed, add sliced liver, vegetable cube, season with a little salt and pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, put the buckwheat porridge to boil and when it is cooked, mix it with the liver and season everything as desired.
Serving
Serve it with various roasts. We had a roast duck.
