Buckwheat fritters
... a simple and healthy recipe for those who are wondering "What to make from buckwheat?" ;-)
Preparation steps
- Cook the buckwheat for 5 min. in the water in which you put the vegetable cube, then turn off the heat and let the buckwheat stand in that water for another 10-15 minutes.
- Finely grind the still lukewarm cooked buckwheat, add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Shape the fritters and arrange them on a tray spread with margarine.
- Bake them for 15 minutes. on one side then turn them over and bake for 15 mins. on the other side in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
