Broccoli with bacon and maple syrup

Preparation steps
- Slice the bacon and fry until golden yellow, transfer to a plate and save until use. Wash the broccoli, salivate the outer hard leaves and cut them in half. Cut the buttercup into strips. Add broccoli and shallots to the fat from frying the bacon, then add salt. All simmer with stirring for 5 min.
- Add the stock to the broccoli, cover the pan and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Remove the lid and add the maple syrup, vinegar and cayenne, then continue to cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the vinegar evaporates.
- Transfer the finished broccoli to a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted bacon. Serve as a side dish with meat or fish.
