BROCCOLI PALENTA with feta cheese ...
lately I often prepare polenta, I was caught by some polenta phase - and I tried feta cheese for the first time the other day in Medina's recipe for feta compound potatoes and I was delighted, and since I have feta cheese left I did a little chemical and this simple and nice recipe! So let me share it with you!
Preparation steps
- -in boiled salted water with the addition of a little cumin cook broccoli flowers, when the broccoli is cooked put it briefly in cold water, strain and set aside, -then in another bowl cook the polenta in salted boiling water, mix the boiled polenta with olive oil and grated parmesan and broccoli and stir, pour the resulting mixture into an oiled square mold or refractory bowl and allow the polenta to cool and harden, during which time preheat the oven to 200 C
- -distribute crumbled feta cheese and pieces of laks karea or ham according to the polenta, if you wish you can bury a little with olive oil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
Serving
you can serve it as a warm appetizer or a light lunch with some fine salad!
