Preparation steps
- Put the broccoli and potatoes to cook. Drain and set aside to cool. Mash the cooled potatoes as for mashed potatoes. Add the squeezed and finely chopped broccoli. Mash (preferably by hand) to make a mixture like for mashed potatoes.
- Add egg, panko crumbs, cheddar cheese and spices. Make meatballs and fry in heated oil. It is best to fry them in a pan where the meatballs will not stick. Serve hot.
Serving
If you make a larger amount, add a larger amount of ingredients. If you see that the mixture is too liquid, feel free to add more panko crumbs.
