Bridal cake "Sweet bride"
I prepared this cake for entering the bride's house {bride}. The basic recipe is Zerbo cake with some changes to my taste and the size is adjusted according to the transport container. The cake was given as a gift and I haven't tried it but I know that the taste is phenomenal, when hazelnuts in the game - it's a complete hit!
Preparation steps

- Arrange all the crusts on the work table and coat each nutella with cream. Divide the nutella equally on each crust.
- Filling: Stir and steam the egg yolks and powdered sugar. Cool the finished cream and then combine with the whipped butter. Divide the filling into two parts, one remains the same and in the other add melted milk chocolate and ground hazelnuts which we first baked in the oven until they get brown. color and intense aroma.
- Put the first crust coated with nutella on the tray, coat with yellow filling, put the second crust and half of the dark filling, the crust then the yellow filling and when we put the last crust, coat the whole cake with dark filling.
- For coating and decoration, I whipped 4 layers of foam with 400 ml of cold acidic water.
