Bread with greaves
Delicious, soft, milk bread stuffed with greaves, which is very hard to resist :) It is good when it is cold, and fantastic when it is hot. Along with cheese, ajvar and yogurt, we will enjoy a combination of tradition and perfect taste. Preparation is very simple.
Preparation steps
- Yeast In a saucepan, beat the milk, add the yeast and sugar, and stir until the yeast melts. Add the flour, stir, cover and leave for about ten minutes next to the hot hob to activate the yeast. Dough Grease the dish in which we will bake the bread thinly with oil, and put paper on the bottom. Sift the soft and special flour. Inspect the cracklings, separate the hard pieces, and cut the rest with a sharp knife. Wash and chop the parsley - if we put it in bread. Put half of the flour in the bowl in which we will knead the bread. Add fermented yeast, oil and salt. Leave one tablespoon of bread coating oil. Mix with the addition of a little remaining flour. Transfer the compact mixture to the work surface and knead with your hands for at least 5 minutes. Stop with the flour when a fine, soft, non-stick ball of dough is formed. Flour a clean and dry bowl, then place the ball and cover with plastic wrap. Leave in a warm place to grow for 40 minutes, or until doubled. Flour the work surface and transfer the dough from the bowl. Roll out with a rolling pin to the thickness of a finger, then fold the dough like an envelope. Roll out the dough once more and repeat the process. This will put air into the dough. Finally, roll out the dough to the thickness of a finger and the width of the pan in which we will bake the bread. Sprinkle with greaves and primrose, if we put it. Wrap the roll tightly, then put it in the pan we prepared for baking. Turn the composition towards the bottom of the bowl. Use a toothpick to prick the bread from the top in 4 places. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let it rise once more. During that time, turn on the oven to heat to 200 ° C. Remove the foil and coat the bread with oil, put in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides. If it is too yellow on the upper side, cover it with aluminum foil. Leave the baked bread in the mold for ten minutes, then take it out on a board and serve immediately.
