Bread and ajvar rolls
Prepare soft rolls with a creamy filling of cheese, ajvar and your favorite vegetables and serve chilled.
Preparation steps
- Add ajvar, melted butter, salt, pepper to the cream cheese and mix well.
- Cut the crust off the bread and cut it horizontally into thin slices (up to 6 pieces).
- Arrange the plates on baking paper and press with a roller to get the same thickness, then coat them with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the asparagus along the edge and roll it into a roll with the help of baking paper. Leave the rolls in the refrigerator until serving.
Serving
Cut the cooled rolls into slices and serve.
Advice
Instead of asparagus, use other vegetables sliced into sticks or ham sticks.
