Preparation steps
- Melt the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and cooking cream until it boils
- Remove from the heat and knead the coconut flour, combine and leave for about 15 minutes to cool, then form balls or small chocolates and arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper. Leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden and during that time melt the chocolate with the oil.
- Put the cooled cookies in the chocolate and remove with a fork (to drain off the excess chocolate) on baking paper sprinkled with coconut. Sprinkle the topped chocolates with coconut and cool
