Bosnian pillow with cherries
I found here a recipe for a Bosnian pillow, but it is different from mine, so I decided to put it…. Why is it called a Bosnian pillow? :) I don't know, I guess because it's soft as a soul :))

Preparation steps
- Mix 6 egg whites with sugar, add one egg yolk at a time, add flour mixed with baking powder, water and mix everything lightly. Pour into a baking pan and bake.
- During this time put the milk to boil, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the thickener and a little milk (which we took from a liter). When it starts to boil, mix the mixture in the milk and stir until it thickens.
- When the mixture has thickened put to cool, but not to the end, just to be lukewarm.
- Tear off the biscuit into pieces, soak with the topping, lightly placing with a spoon, but not to absorb too much, put the cherries and then the cream and so on until the end.
- Make the topping by making cranberry tea, adding it to the juice from the compote and adding a little rum. The amount is maybe about 2 dcl, I did it by eye :)
- In the end, you can beat the remaining egg whites.
- It is best to stand in the fridge overnight to cool down well and all the flavors will pass, but if you can't stand it… just go ahead :)

To note that the cake is grabbed with a spoon and served in a bowl, there is no digitizing :)))
