Bosnian kljukusa

It tastes like potato pie but much simpler and faster, try it ;-)

Preparation steps

  • Peeled and washed potatoes grate like onions, then add a little olive oil, flour, sour cream, egg and season.
  • Put the mixture in a pan, pour a little more oil and bake for 30-40 minutes until done, when it is almost done, coat with butter and return a little more. You can also make a topping of sour cream and garlic whoever likes. I just coated it with butter.
