Bonito with pesto
Fish is excellent when swimming in wine, but also in a pesto of aromatic foods: rosemary, basil and parsley, garlic, parmesan and olive oil. If you serve boiled chard or potatoes with it, you have a winning combination.
Preparation steps
- In a small bowl, prepare the pesto. Mix olive oil, grated parmesan, chopped garlic, parsley, rosemary and basil.
- Drizzle the fish steaks with lemon juice and sprinkle with Vegeta.
- Heat the grill racks well, coat with oil, and then place the prepared steaks. Bake on each side for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the prepared mixture from the bowl over the roasted and warm fish steaks and sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts.
Serving
Serve boiled chard, roasted zucchini or potatoes with bonito with pesto.
Advice
