Bombs with alva and peanuts

A cookie that delighted every guest of mine and maybe you too ...

Preparation steps

  • Put a little alva and a little peanut in a chopper or blender and grind until the peanuts are chopped. And so little by little until you grind everything.
  • Now mix the whole mixture with your hands a little more.
  • In some mold, I have a fruit burner and it can be a plastic lemon strainer, a hive mold ... Press the prepared mixture with your hands or a piggy bank. Since it is greasy, it will easily fall out of the mold. or take a piece of nylon (freezer bags) put it inside the mold, and when you squeeze the mixture just pull the nylon. Even safer !! Dilute not tin lined with cellophane.
  • Leave for 5 minutes in the freezer to harden a bit and during that time Melt the white chocolate in a steamer. So lightly dip each ball into the chocolate with a fork. Put it back in the freezer for a few more minutes so that the chocolate hardens ... and you can already enjoy the magical taste of this wonderful cookie !!

Serving

You can determine the measures yourself according to your needs. All that matters is that the more peanuts you put in, the more alva there will be !!
