Bolognese with puree

Just as all of you are putting away your airbags and towels, washing off the sand and salt, lunch is ready. Boil the mashed potatoes and reheat the sauce and that’s it!

Preparation steps

Bring the salted water to a boil and remove from the heat. Add milk, butter and stir in mashed potatoes.
Heat the Bolognese sauce.

Serving

Serve the sauce with mashed potatoes.

You can mix mashed beans into mashed potatoes.
