The fish bites the fish's tail ...;)
Preparation steps
- Separate what is needed.
- Cut the potatoes into rings and the onion into slices. Arrange in a sieve, pour water to soak, salt, pepper, cover in half and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are half cooked see picture.
- Then add the cleaned and sliced fish, add a little more water if needed, add a little olive oil and a tablespoon of and continue to simmer for ten minutes to cook the potatoes, see picture.
- Finally, sprinkle with fresh parsley and finely chopped garlic.
Serving
Serve warm… ... Pleasant!
