Boiled tomato ABI

Preparation steps
- Wash, slice and cook the tomatoes. Cooked strain - separate the juice from the leftovers (from 20 kg of ripe tomatoes should be about 12 liters of juice).
- Cook again until the desired tomato density is obtained. When it is almost hot, add sugar, salt and, if desired, a little canned food. Pour into glass bottles that have been washed well and close with clean stoppers.
- Warm the finished bottles - cover with a quilt and leave to cool slowly - for a couple of days.
Serving
If you make a small amount that you will consume immediately, you do not have to put a preservative.
