Bohemian cake
This is a recipe for a Bohemian cake, but this time I made it as a cake :-)
Preparation steps
- Yellow biscuit: Whisk the egg yolk and sugar with the lemon juice and zest. Then add egg whites and finally flour. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
- Black biscuit: Whisk the egg yolks and sugar with water. Then add egg whites and finally flour and cocoa. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
- Cut the biscuits in half so that you get 2 yellow and 2 black biscuits.
- Cream: Whisk puddings, flour, eggs and sugar with a little milk. Pour it all into boiling milk. Add the chocolate and mix everything well until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add margarine to the cooled cream.
- Finally, you can also coat with whipped cream.
