Preparation steps

  • Put the ribs in cold water and bring to a boil. That way, various preservatives will come out with it and it will be ready for soup. Saute onion and carrot in oil, add ribs. Pour in a little water and simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat. Peel a squash, grate it and put it in the broth. Add water as needed so that the entire content of the soup is always in the liquid. Potatoes do not need more than 10-15 minutes of cooking. Season the soup as desired with Vegeta, tomato juice, add more water and boil to smell the soup in the kitchen. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped primrose leaves.
  • If you don't like dry ribs, you can also make beef broth, but then you will need more time to cook the meat.
