Blackberry wine

We all know how healthy blackberry wine is, here I am adding my recipe for making it. Wine is much better than wild blackberries, but if someone doesn't have them, they can be homemade. This in the bottle is from last year and now there is a new tour

Preparation steps

  • Wash healthy blackberries and dry well. Knead them with your hands in a larger bowl and add sugar and leave in the cold for seven days covered with gauze
  • After a week, strain the wine through gauze and leave it in the cold again (covered with gauze) for seven days.
  • After seven days, strain again and pour into sterilized bottles. Close the bottles with gauze and let them stand for 30 days. Only then close with a zipper
