Black Queen 1,2,3
Mother's Day cake created by combining a recipe for a black roll with bananas, apricot jam (preferably homemade) and a chocolate parfait filling.
Preparation steps
- Make a biscuit according to the recipe for Black roll with bananas. Coat the biscuit with apricot jam and roll into a roll.
- Coat the bottom of the serving plate on which you have placed the plastic cake ring with slices of roll cut to 1 cm wide. Also line the inside of the hoop with slices of roll.
- The filling is made by mixing the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mass to which you gradually add vanilla sugar, flour and finally melted chocolate. The mixed mass is further steamed for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the strength of the steam. In the cooled add the softened butter and whipped cream.
- Pour the filling over the slices of the roll to the top of the hoop and place the cake in the fridge to cool well. I recommend leaving it in the fridge overnight.
