Black Forest Cheesecake

Love cheesecake :) The old rcp that used to be, say, "popular", and I still like it very much because its basic ingredients are cheese and cherries :)

Preparation steps

  • Mix the ground biscuits with butter and press them on the bottom of the mold in which we will make a cake (22 cm) and leave to cool for about 15 minutes. Strain the cherries. Juice put to boil, add sugar, brandy and thickener. Stir until it boils and thickens a bit and add the cherries, boil briefly and leave to cool.
  • Mix the softened cream cheese with the sugar, add the previously prepared gelatin (dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water), add the lemon juice, vanilla and mix everything. Add whipped sweet cream (slag of sl cream).
  • Now place a part of the cheese mixture on the cooled biscuit base, then a part of the cherry mixture and the density and so on until you have used up everything. Pour the cherry syrup over everything, mix gently with a fork to get a sare and leave in the fridge to cool for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
