Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  • Peel a carrot and grate it.
  • Peel an apple and grate it.
  • Assemble the prepared grated mass, add the squeezed lemon, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 12 hours in a cool place.
  • Strain through sterile gauze the next day. A liter and a half of juice is obtained from this mass.

Serving

Store in the refrigerator !!!
