Beef with roasted plums

Tonight at half past one I came to bake a cake. Of course not from the egg. And there's no sugar at all. Nothing, I open the chest to study what could be used and see the bark. And that's how this came about. : D

Preparation steps

  • In a large baking sheet, Place the frozen plums in the oven and sprinkle them with sugar and place in the oven.

  • At one end, place a few roasted plums (only plums go on the rind and save the juice for later) and roll and place in a greased pan.
  • Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  • When the baking is over, pour the syrup left over from the baked plums on top.

Serving

Since I had a little plum (I increased the amount in the recipe), I made one peel with cheese as well. Everything is the same as the others, I just put a mixture of 2 tbsp on the plums. fresh cow's cheese and 1 tbsp. sour cream.
