Beef stew with Czech dumplings

Here is my first recipe ... delicious goulash my way and Czech Crochef dumplings :))))

Preparation steps

  • Chop the red onion and garlic and add to the pot with the heated oil.
  • Once the onion is slightly browned, add the diced carrots.
  • Approximately 2 minutes after frying, add the diced beef. When the beef turns brown, add salt and pepper, red pepper, vegeta, parsley, oregano, tomato concentrate and mashed tomatoes.
  • Simmer all together until the liquid evaporates and pour in enough hot water to soak up all the ingredients. Cook everything for 40-60 minutes, if necessary add more water until the meat is done.
  • Another picture ... :)
