Bear Sape by Grandma Ana Rogic

Thanks to my aunt Ljerka for managing to preserve this good old recipe of our great-grandparents ... always wonderful and special!

Preparation steps

  • Melt the butter and brush the molds, then sprinkle them with flour or dip them in flour and shake the flour well.
  • If you have a few molds, so you will have to bake in 2 rounds the second time you do not have to grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  • Knead the dough from all the ingredients, and fill the molds halfway. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 - 200 degrees. When they turn yellow, you will know they are done (after some 15-20 minutes).
  • Take the warm ones out of the mold immediately and roll them in powdered sugar.
