Beans without bloating

I adore him, but he often knows how to cause me discomfort in the form of bloating. What I didn't do was add soda during cooking, cumin, pour vinegar into it during meals and eat it every time with a dose of fear that it would still bother me. But, since I read this advice in Hrana as a medicine, I don't even know how many times we made beans in the 1001 way, and I ate it sweetly without fear that it would harm me… ..

Preparation steps

  • So clean the beans, pour water over them and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove it from the hob and let it stand overnight until preparation without changing the water in which it was cooked.
  • Since it's winter time, you can simply "throw" it outside on the terrace, veranda or in a cold room, without fear of spoiling it. Keep it in the fridge in the summer.
  • The next day, spill the water, wash it with cold water and pour new water, then let it boil once more to "throw" the key, spill that water and continue to prepare it in the desired way.
  • In this way, up to 80% of indigestible sugars come out of the beans in the water in which it stood during the night, which causes difficult digestion and bloating.

Serving

Like I said, I don't even know how many times we prepared it this fall, from Ursula's peppers stuffed with beans to stewed beans, and I've never had that awful feeling of bloating :)))
