Bean and tuna pate

If you like chicken pate, you will also like this one, which is completely different from it, but equally good and still healthy and made at home .... next time I will try it with ham or boiled chicken from soup, I believe it will be just as good as and this one.

Preparation steps

  • You can cook beans or use them, like me, from a can. It was an easier and faster way for me. Drain the beans from the water and rinse under running cold water and place in a multipractice. It is best to use tuna in oil, but if you use tuna packed in water, then drain the water, pour into the multipractice, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of half a lemon, 2 cloves of garlic and salt and pepper to taste. If you use tuna in oil, add it all together in a multipractice
  • Grind until you get a smooth mass, if you like to have pieces of beans, then grind shorter. I like when the mass is smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with chopped onion, or baguette bread, spread over the prepared pate, sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions and serve with well-chilled white wine or beer.
  • Pleasant !!!!

Serving

If you like herbs, once the pate is done, add finely chopped herbs to your taste, stir and serve.
