Baslamme with eggs and salami, a wonderfully fast food that will adore you
Preparation steps
- You can find the recipe for basmala HERE / you have to lightly toast the basmala in a pan / if you can't do it, feel free to take piadas or tortillas. Heat the oil in a frying pan. In a bowl on the side, beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Braver ones can also add a little hot pepper, so as for scrambled eggs. let it bake a little on all sides and then fold.
- Fold overcooked on both sides to catch a nice color. When you are satisfied with the color, remove from the heat.
- If you want you can open the baslam and put chopped tomatoes inside. Serve sliced into triangles with yogurt, feta cheese, some fine salad, olives and fine iced tea.
