ღ Bavette “alla carbonara” with tuna and zucchini

A quick, very simple and delicious dish that is easy to prepare, with ingredients that I almost always have at home.

Preparation steps

  • Boil water in a bowl, add salt when it boils. Cook the pasta until it becomes al dente.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the grain - two cloves of garlic to smell.
  • Cut the zucchini into rings and add a little salt, then fry in oil. If you don't like, take out the garlic.
  • Beat eggs with cream, add to hot zucchini, chopped mozzarella, immediately add tuna and strained pasta. Stir well to make the pasta soak up the sauce.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground pepper before serving, add a little chopped basil leaves.
  • Serve warm.
