Airy, crispy and very tasty
Preparation steps
- Combine margarine with flour and baking powder to be like semolina
- Add all other ingredients (I dissolve salt and sugar in water to make it easier to absorb)
- Make a good dough and wrap it in nylon, then leave it in the fridge overnight
- Roll out into a 5mm thick plate, coat with egg, sprinkle with sesame or cumin, then cut with a dot
- Bake for fifteen minutes until golden brown
